Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
