8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
