  • 200g feta cheese
  • 300g pasta of choice
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with sliced onions and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta and vegetables, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and the onions are caramelized.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the feta and onions are done, remove from the oven and mix everything together, adding the cooked pasta.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
