A delicious and easy-to-make baked feta pasta dish featuring cherry tomatoes, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is golden.
