1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix together bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
