- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 package of large flour tortillas
- Olive oil for brushing
- Black olives for decoration
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add cooked rice, black beans, cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the filling into the center.
- Fold the tortilla over the filling to form a skull shape, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the outside of the burrito with olive oil.
- Place the burritos on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Use black olives to create eyes and a mouth on the burritos.
