  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. In the slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and browned beef.
