- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the chicken and broccoli in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.
Notes
