- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cups of clam juice
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cans of clams, drained and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
