A rich and decadent dessert that combines the flavors of coffee, brownie, and cheesecake into one delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 16 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brewed coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, flour, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, instant coffee granules, and heavy cream. Mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownie layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for added decoration.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
