- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies for topping
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
- Pour the remaining cake batter over the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
