  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, celery, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
