  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce.
  9. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
