Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
