A simple and delicious chicken alfredo bake that is perfect for busy weeknights and loved by the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, broccoli, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
