- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
