  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the corn kernels. Cook until slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
