  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Clean the octopus and remove the beak and ink sac.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the octopus. Cook for about 45 minutes until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once cooked, remove the octopus from the pot and let it cool slightly.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Brush the octopus with the marinade and place it on the grill.
  7. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and crispy.
  8. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
