  • 1 package of chocolate wafer cookies
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (orange and black)
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Divide the whipped cream into two bowls. Color one bowl with orange food coloring and leave the other bowl white.
  4. In a rectangular dish, start layering by placing a layer of chocolate wafer cookies at the bottom.
  5. Spread a layer of orange whipped cream over the cookies.
  6. Add another layer of cookies followed by a layer of white whipped cream.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  8. Decorate the top with Halloween-themed sprinkles and chocolate shavings.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use chocolate ganache between layers.
