  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and wrap it around a meatball, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Shape the wrapped meatballs into pumpkin shapes and place them back on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
