  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roll out the crescent dough and cut it into thin strips.
  6. Wrap the strips around each meatball to create a mummy effect.
  7. Brush the wrapped meatballs with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce and add candy eyes to the meatballs before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
  • Make sure to not overcook the meatballs to keep them juicy.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
