  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
