- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
