  • 1/2 cup Irish cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Irish cheddar cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4 patties.
