- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
