  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, garlic, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika.
  2. Place the skirt steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
