  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
