  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
