Delicious Keto-friendly roll-ups that capture the authentic taste of a Philly cheesesteak.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add sliced beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Lay out slices of provolone cheese, place beef mixture on top, and roll up tightly.
  7. Place roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
