  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pizza toppings (pepperoni, olives, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, flattening them into circles.
  5. Add your desired pizza toppings on top of each cheese circle.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
