  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  5. Place the pastry squares into a muffin tin, pressing down to form cups.
