1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
8 –10 chocolate-covered candies (for spider bodies)
16 –20 pretzel sticks (for spider legs)
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well blended.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
While the cookies are still warm, press a chocolate-covered candy in the center of each cookie.
Insert pretzel sticks into the sides of the candy to create spider legs.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
