- 1 box of pistachio cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios for topping
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the pistachio cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
