A deliciously moist and rich cake featuring a unique combination of pistachio flavor and a creamy white chocolate cream cheese swirl.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of pistachio cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pistachio cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan, then dollop the cream cheese mixture on top. Swirl it gently with a knife.
  5. Pour the remaining cake batter over the cream cheese layer and swirl again if desired.
  6. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
