- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
