Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked sausage and hashbrowns to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
