A delicious and creamy chive sauce elevates seared chicken to a delightful dish perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in chopped chives and season with salt and pepper.
