A delicious and savory smoked salmon frittata enriched with cream cheese and fresh dill, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon and dill.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
