Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium sweet potato, thinly sliced
  • 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer the sweet potato slices on top of the ricotta.
  5. Add the mozzarella cheese and peach slices.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
